A boutique vineyard owned and operated by Julio and Colleen Estrada, Edgehill Vineyard is located in Santa Barbara County’s stunning Santa Ynez Valley.
In 2021, the one acre vineyard was planted with the Bordeaux varietals Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
Our first harvest took place in October of 2023. The wines produced from the 2023 vintage will likely be released in 2025.
We will produce Estate wine grown in keeping with “Old World” sensibilities. We work the vineyard along with amazing professionals to reflect the pure character of the Santa Ynez Valley terroir.
Depending on what the vineyard provides (and the winemaker decides), we hope to produce a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Cabernet Franc and a Bordeaux Blend.
